Shipping Policy
Order Dispatch
• Orders are dispatched once per week.
• The dispatch date will be shared with you via WhatsApp.
Tracking Information
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Customers can use the tracking number to monitor their shipment.
Delivery Time
• Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
Customer Information
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
• PeachyCam is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Customer Availability
• Customers are responsible for being available to receive their parcel.
• PeachyCam is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
Courier Delays
• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
• PeachyCam is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivered Parcels
• Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, PeachyCam is no longer responsible for the shipment.
• If a parcel is received by a family member, friend, neighbour, security guard, receptionist, or any other person at the delivery address, PeachyCam will not be held responsible.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
• PeachyCam is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or tampered with after delivery.
Packaging
• All cameras are securely packed before dispatch.
• Product condition and included accessories may be photographed before shipping for record purposes.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Address Changes
• Shipping address changes may not be possible once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.
Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Refund Policy
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the camera has not been dispatched.
• Approved refunds will be subject to a fixed 5% deduction fee for payment processing and restocking purposes.
• Once an order has been dispatched, refunds are no longer possible.
Return Policy
• Cameras may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted for any reason within 7 days of delivery.
• A fixed 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.
• The returned camera must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• All original accessories included with the order must be returned.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Camera Not Turning On
• Please fully charge the battery before turning on the camera.
• If the camera still does not turn on, contact us and we will guide you through troubleshooting steps.
• If the issue cannot be resolved and the claim is approved, customers may choose either:
* An exchange for any available camera, or
* A full refund.
• If the selected camera has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
• If the selected camera has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Camera
• If a camera is received damaged or not working as described, a claim may be submitted.
• An uncut unboxing video must be provided as proof.
• The issue and supporting evidence must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
• If the claim is approved, customers may choose either:
* An exchange for any available camera, or
* A full refund.
• If the selected camera has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
• If the selected camera has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
Return Verification
• All returned cameras will be inspected and verified against pre-dispatch photos and records before any refund or exchange is approved.
• Returned items must include all original accessories provided with the order.
Term's Acceptance
By placing and completing an order on PeachyCam, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions stated on our website.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through PeachyCam.

Product Condition
• All cameras sold by PeachyCam are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
• Minor signs of use, light scratches, paint wear, and age-related marks may be present.
• Condition ratings are based on our assessment and may vary slightly from customer expectations.
• Customers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Product Photos
• Product photos are taken to accurately represent the camera being sold.
• Colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
Included Accessories
• Only accessories specifically mentioned in the product listing are included.
• Accessories used for styling or photography purposes are not included unless stated otherwise.
Camera Usage
• Customers are responsible for using the camera according to the manufacturer’s intended use.
• PeachyCam is not responsible for damage caused by drops, water exposure, misuse, improper charging, battery leaks, or unauthorized repairs after delivery.
Return Verification
• All returned cameras will be inspected and verified against pre-dispatch photos and records before any refund or exchange is approved.
• Returned items must include all accessories originally provided.
Order Acceptance
• PeachyCam reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
• In such cases, any payment received will be refunded according to the Refund Policy.
